Course Overview

The C Programming Basics course is designed to introduce students to fundamental programming concepts using the C language. As one of the most widely used programming languages, C provides a strong foundation for software development, embedded systems, and computer science principles. This course covers essential syntax, logic building, and problem-solving techniques

By the end of the course, students will be able to write, debug, and execute C programs, understand programming logic, and build a strong foundation for advanced programming concepts and system development.

Course Modules

C Basics, Input Output operations in C

Data types, Modifiers, storage class

C conditional statement – if, if -else , switch case statements

Pre-increment / post increment Loops in C – for , while , do while

Array – 2 dimensional, multi dimensional arrays

Functions – Defining a function – return type, function name, parameter passing, function body, return

Strings: Using Character array, using string literal, get string input from user, gets and puts

Pointers – Arithmetic operations, Function pointers, Array of function pointers
